1. Introduction

1.1. CRYPTOCASINO reserves the right to cancel any bonus or bonus program (including, but not limited to, deposit bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload bonuses, and the welcome bonus program) with immediate effect at its sole discretion. CRYPTOCASINO reserves the right to decline any withdrawal request and to deduct funds from the player account if a player is found or suspected of abusing a bonus offer or has received a bonus that was set up and credited incorrectly. CRYPTOCASINO reserves the right to exclude players from any rewards scheme with immediate effect at its sole discretion.

1.2. If any promotion clause is breached, or there is evidence of multiple bets being placed by a customer that's due to free bets, risk-free bets, deposit bonus, or any other promotional offer that results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, CRYPTOCASINO reserves the right to recoup the bonus amount.

1.3. Any players deemed to be using minimal risk tactics to redeem bonuses may have their winnings canceled.

1.4. For the purposes of these T&Cs, CryptoCasino/We/Us are interchangeable.

1.5. All BTC amounts are correct at time of writing but may vary in practice due to the fluctuation of the BTC price in the financial markets.

2. Sportsbook Bonus Terms

2.1. A Player must make a minimum deposit of 10 EUR/USD/AUD/CAD/NZD/USDT/UDSC/BUSD, 50 PEN/BRL, 200 MXN/ZAR, 400 UYU, 1000 INR, 4000 ARS, 10,000 CLP, 50,000 COP, 0.0005 BTC, 0.005 ETH, 0.1 BCH, 0.125 LTC, 150 DOGE, 0.03 BNB, 20 XRP, 0.5 SOL, 1,000,000 SHIB, 150 TRX (or the equivalent in any accepted currency or cryptocurrency) unless otherwise specified, to claim the welcome bonus or any deposit bonus.

2.2. Players making their first deposit will have 100% of their deposit amount credited as a bonus.

2.3. 2.4. The Welcome Bonus will be credited and released in the same currency in which the Player makes their qualifying deposit.

2.5. All sports deposit bonuses (unless otherwise specified) and deposits that triggered them need to be wagered 5x at minimum odds of 1.75 to be eligible for withdrawal unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2.6. The maximum winnings using bonus funds are capped at 50x the original deposit sum.

3. Casino Bonus Terms

3.1. Bonuses are credited and released in the same currency in which the Player makes their qualifying deposit.

3.2. The maximum welcome bonus for casino is 500 EUR/USD/AUD/CAD/NZD/USDT/UDSC/BUSD, 2500 PEN/BRL, 10,000 MXN/ZAR, 20,000 UYU, 50,000 INR, 175,000 ARS, 500,000 CLP, 2,500,000 COP, 0.02 BTC, 0.25 ETH, 2 BCH, 5 LTC, 7000 DOGE, 2 BNB, 650 XRP, 20 SOL, 70,000,000 SHIB, 6250 TRX (or the equivalent in any accepted currency or cryptocurrency).

3.3. To be eligible for the bonus reward, a Player must opt-in for the bonus offer on the Deposit Page before processing their deposit.

3.4. Only 1 (one) bonus can be held at any time. If a Player opts into a new promotion while they have an existing bonus any bonus funds related to that existing bonus will be forfeited.

3.5. Each deposit bonus has a required deposit amount (or possibly multiple separate deposit amounts) that will trigger the bonus. If a Player deposits less or more than required (if specified), the bonus may not be added to their account.

3.6. All welcome bonuses are restricted to specific deposits on the CryptoCasino website only. Please refer to the Key Terms & Conditions of the specific Promotion to find out the precise deposit details.

3.7. Country restrictions may apply to some bonus offers. Please refer to Key Terms & Conditions of the specific promotion.

3.8. If a Player’s deposit bonus is not automatically assigned after making a qualifying deposit, they need to contact our Customer Services before any bets are made with the deposited funds. If all is in order, the CS Team will manually credit the bonus. Please note that they will be unable to manually credit a bonus if a Player has already began betting with their qualifying deposit before contacting Customer Services.

3.9. Please note that if a Player has funds on both their real money cash balance and their bonus balance, the real money cash balance will get exhausted first. However, if there is no real money cash balance available then bets placed during a bonus game will be deducted from the Player's bonus balance.

3.10. Any bonus can be canceled (by the player) or removed (by the CS Team) before its wagering requirements have been met. Doing so will result in all bonus funds and winnings associated with it will be forfeited. Please contact our Customer Services Team to learn more. Alternatively, a Player can use the CANCEL BONUS button (X) which can be found in their bonus balance window.

3.11. We reserve the right to stop offering bonuses to a Player who has received a disproportionate level of bonuses based on their bonus/deposit ratio. We may also refuse to allow the Player to participate in any future promotions.

3.12. All deposit bonuses (unless otherwise specified) and deposits that triggered them need to be wagered 30x times before the funds can be withdrawn.

3.13. Any “No-deposit” bonuses (unless otherwise specified) need to be wagered 15x times before the funds can be withdrawn. This excludes any loyalty program bonuses that only need to be wagered 1x time or not at all!

3.14. Only fully settled bets (i.e. bets that have an outcome and result in a win or loss) will count towards wagering requirements.

3.15. Until the wagering requirements of the bonus funds have been met, funds can only be used on games marked with the BONUS tag (unless otherwise specified). Games shown without the BONUS tag are excluded from bonus play and may prevent a Player’s attempt to play said game. We do not guarantee that such a block will necessarily be enforced and as such that game will not count towards wagering requirements. It is a Player’s responsibility to comply with the rules of this clause or risk forfeiting their bonus and any associated winnings.

3.16. When a Player accepts a deposit bonus they are locked in to the terms and wagering requirements of that bonus. A Player then has two options. They can either complete the wagering requirement of the bonus in question or they can cancel the bonus as per clause 3.10 herein.

3.17. Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are valid for 14 days from the moment they are issued.

3.18. If a bonus expires before the wagering requirements have been met, any bonus funds and winnings will be forfeited.

3.19. Until the play-through requirements of the bonus funds are met, the maximum bet that can be placed is 5 EUR/USD/AUD/CAD/NZD/USDT/USDC/BUSD, 25 PEN/BRL, 100 MXN/ZAR, 200 UYU, 500 INR, 2,000 ARS, 5000 CLP, 25,000 COP, 0.00025 BTC, 0.0025 ETH, 0.05 BCH, 0.0625 LTC, 75 DOGE, 0.015 BNB, 10 XRP, 0.25 SOL, 500,000 SHIB, 75 TRX (or the equivalent in any accepted currency or cryptocurrency) unless otherwise specified. This includes double-up wagers after a game round has ended. For example, wagering winnings from game round X on red/black, and also any in-game bonus features available to purchase. Some games may prevent a Player from attempting to place a higher than permitted bet.

3.20. Please note that in relation to wagering requirements when clearing a bonus, different games contribute different percentages. Slots contribute 100% (aside from those that are excluded), while all other casino and live games contribute 5%.

3.21. Once a bonus has been lost, wagered, or forfeited, any free spin or bonus winnings as a result of playing with bonus funds shall be forfeited.

3.22. If at any time we suspect that a bonus is being claimed more than once by or for the benefit of an individual or group of people, we will withdraw the availability of said bonus or all bonuses from that customer or group of customers. We will also void any wagers funded by the bonus and remove all winnings as a result of these wagers.

3.23. If you start to use bonus funds to progress through the bonus stages, you may not then switch to cash bets to complete the final stages once the bonus funds have been released or forfeited. In these instances, we reserve the right to remove all winnings a result of such actions.

3.24. All “Bonus Hunting” techniques (yeah you know who you are!) are prohibited. By reaching a bonus feature, exiting the game in order to return later to the play the feature is not permitted. Doing this will result in the confiscation of all winnings resulting from this action.

3.25. A Player will not receive the bonus if they use other the incorrect code for a promotion.

3.26. The maximum winnings using welcome bonus funds are capped at 50x the original deposit amount.

3.27. 3.28. The following countries are not eligible for the 50 free spins just for registering promotion: Bahamas, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Israel, Kosovo, Lithuania, North Korea, Philippines, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Ukraine and United Arab Emirates. 4. General Bonus Terms

4.1. All offers to players are limited to 1 (one) per person, family, email address, household address, same payment account number (e.g., debit or credit card, Neteller, etc.), telephone number, IP, and shared computer, e.g., public library or workplace. Basically, don’t cheat!

4.2. Multiple accounts are not permitted. Creating more than 1 (one) account with us to claim any bonus or to circumvent cooling off or self-exclusion settings will be deemed “Abuse” and may result in confiscated funds and permanent account closure.

4.3. Unless otherwise specifically stated, all times and dates are stated in UTC for the purposes of bonuses and promotions.

4.4. If, while playing on CryptoCasino, a Player wins a sum regarded by CC as worthy of publicity, the Player agrees to make themselves available for any publicity arranged by us and at our expense. While we protect all personal data entrusted to us, we reserve the right to use a Player’s first name and CC username in any announcement and/or on the Website.

4.5. All withdrawals will be subject to an internal audit before processing. We reserve the right to void bonuses or confiscate any winnings for failed audits. A Player consents in advance to the same.

4.6. If we suspect any Player(s) of participating in strategies to take advantage of any bugs or failures in games or software, or participating in any form of activity that we, at our sole discretion, deem to be Promotion Abuse or Fraud, we reserve the right to ban said Player(s) from receiving or benefiting from any promotions. In addition, we reserve the right to withhold and confiscate the proceeds of any such activity from the Player(s) in question and recover any funds already withdrawn by any means at our disposal including tigers, lions and the judicial system.

4.7. Other cases of Promotion Abuse include but are not limited to:

- Using a proxy or a VPN or masking an IP address

- Playing more than 1 (one) game at the same time

- Wagering bonus money on excluded or non-eligible games (games that are not marked by the 'BONUS’ badge).

4.8. If it's discovered that a group of Players are using the same betting patterns and are connected by (but not limited to) location, IP, banking pattern, or device ID, we will confiscate bonus winnings and deposits from all players involved. And we will release The Kraken.

4.9. We reserve the right to withdraw any promotion at any time and without explanation.
